Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee sanitation processes and manage a team within a facility. The role emphasizes safety and regulatory compliance.

You will train new associates on sanitation procedures, inspect equipment before, during, and after cleaning, review crew times, and communicate with customers and government officials to ensure adherence and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Seasoned sanitor with leadership of hourly associates.
• Strong focus on safety and FDA compliance in sanitation.
• Ability to train new associates and provide ongoing performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sanitation team is adequately staffed, trained and equipped with tools and PPE.
• Convey and enforce mandated safety procedures to the team.
• Inspect equipment before, during, and after sanitation to verify cleanliness.
• Review and approve crew reporting and departure times.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with government officials.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sanitation processes and deficiencies.
