Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Sanitation Team Member in Fair Lawn, NJ to lead sanitation activities and support line employees in a safe, clean production environment. The role reports to the Sanitation Supervisor and emphasizes food safety, quality, and teamwork.

The position offers full-time hours with a 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) and a starting pay of $22.27 per hour, with shift differentials per the Union Contract provisions.

Qualifications

• Sanitation duties across the plant to ensure food safety.
• Support line employees and follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies.
• Prepare documentation and participate in 5S efforts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sanitation equipment safely.
• Assist with routine plant sanitation activities.
• Ensure equipment is clean and food-safe.
• Product handling, quality control, and inventory management support.
• Documentation and communication of sanitation results and continuous improvement.
