Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Team Member to lead daily sanitation activities and support line employees at our North East, PA facility. You’ll help ensure our production environment meets the highest standards of food safety and quality.

As a key partner to the Sanitation Supervisor, you’ll model company values, lead by example, and support teamwork while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient operation with standard 2pm–12:30am shifts and a $23.05/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or food sanitation preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Familiar with GMP, SQF, HACCP, FSMA and safety policies.
• Proficient with SAP, scanners and basic math; good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist routine sanitation to keep equipment clean and food-safe.
• Follow policies for holding materials and collecting retention samples; FIFO inventory.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, SQF and FSMA; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Support team, adapt to changes, contribute to productivity, safety and quality goals.
• Prepare accurate written documentation; participate in 5S efforts.
