Job summary

Levy Restaurants, based at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, seeks a Sanitation Manager to lead the venue's sanitation program and ensure California Retail Food Code compliance. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef team and health officials to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in sanitation or related operations, plus California Food Handler/Card CFPM or ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

2 - 3+ years of experience in sanitation, kitchen operations, or environmental services.
Hold or obtain a valid California Food Handler Card, CFPM certification, or ServSafe certification.
Stand for long periods and move across multi-level venue concourses and kitchens during event shifts.

Responsibilities

Manages the implementation of the venue's sanitation program.
Reviews health department audits and internal sanitation reports to ensure progress and implement corrective actions.
Works with local OSHA, sanitation, Everclean, and Health inspectors to support inspections.
Enforces adherence to California Retail Food Code and local guidelines.
Coaches leaders to ensure understanding of safety and sanitation standards.
Trains and mentors team members on safe food handling and allergen prevention.
Supports waste management programs with proper sorting and compliance.
