As the Sanitation Manager, they are responsible for leading all areas of sanitation compliance. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef Team, this role works closely with the Health Department to navigate health inspections and re‑checks as needed. Acting as a health and safety champion focused on people and quality standards, the Manager ensures all food preparation facilities satisfy California Retail Food Code standards to deliver a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for guests and team members.
