Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Avon, NY seeks a Sanitation Manager to lead the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program across the plant. You will act as the technical liaison among the plant, Headquarters, sanitation suppliers, and third‑party providers.

Lead KHMS implementation, supervise night shifts, train staff on schedules, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning, safety, and environmental programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and supervisory.
• Certified Sanitarian or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.
• Certified PCQI preferred.
• Knowledge in HACCP, Microbiology, Sanitation, Chemical Safety, Pest Control, and Quality Systems.
• Understand and comply with government regulations relating to OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with factory peer teams and hourly associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program implementation across the plant.
• Serve as the technical liaison between plant, Headquarters, sanitation supplier, and third-party provider.
• Provide leadership to night shift including production, packaging, plant security and safety.
• Manage sanitation training, schedules, and audits to ensure program effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement for sanitation, safety, and environmental programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
