Job summary

Kerry, the world leader in taste and nutrition, seeks a Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation programs, CIP, and environmental hygiene at our Ohio site. You will develop and validate sanitation processes and drive improvements through data‑driven decisions, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 7–10 years of sanitation leadership, 3–5 years of CIP leadership, and a related Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline related to food or engineering.
• 7–10 years of progressive sanitation, food safety, quality, or manufacturing leadership.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated CIP system leadership.
• Experience in beverage, dairy, aseptic, high/low-acid, or ready-to-drink environments preferred.
• Experience supporting customer, regulatory or GFSI audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program leadership across the site, ensuring regulatory and Kerry requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and SSOPs.
• Lead sanitation audits, inspections, and third‑party assessments.
• Manage sanitation chemical inventories and supply programs.
• Serve as CIP technical authority for system design, validation, and optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.
