Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer minimum of Associate Degree and 1 to 3 years’ experience directing a work group.
• Sanitation Lead experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to plan, organize and supervise sanitation operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate/support the KHMS process and assist in system development and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation manuals and standards.
• Submit ideas and implement improved sanitation methods.
• Coordinate sanitation department to meet or exceed standards.
• Develop, present and conduct training sessions for employees.
• Ensure safety of equipment and personnel per Kraft Heinz standards.
• Adhere to product, sanitary and food safety guidelines.
• Manage productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensure accurate employee time and pay records.
• Staffing of qualified personnel for operations and timely performance.
• Set up, operate and maintain sanitation equipment.
• Identify and remediate potential problems.
• Evaluate performance and assist with discipline and goal setting.
• Initiate emergency actions and adapt plans as needed.
• Make decisions under time pressure and communicate policies.
