Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Program Support Manager to deliver chemical sanitation solutions in food and beverage environments. You will listen to customer needs and propose practical sanitation programs that improve quality, efficiency, and profitability.

You will train customers on sanitation techniques, manage programs proactively, and collaborate with regional sales to meet annual goals while building relationships from production floors to the executive office.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
• Experience in food/beverage industry or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train customers on sanitation techniques and their importance.
• Provide leadership to grow business within accounts.
• Manage sanitation programs proactively and consultatively.
• Focus on process improvements in quality and safety.
• Prepare service/usage reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to meet goals.
• Build strong customer relationships from shop floor to executive level.
