Qualifications

• Six months experience in manufacturing at one employer within the past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Remove all product and materials from assigned area.
• Disassemble production equipment to access niche points.
• Properly mix and titrate chemicals to achieve appropriate concentrations.
• Pre-rinse area thoroughly from top to bottom.
• Apply chemicals and soaps to equipment and machinery from bottom to top.
• Hand scrub equipment to break down biofilms.
• Complete final rinse and check for corrections.
• Clean production areas according to USDA standards.
• Climb to scrub high places and bend to scrub low places.
• Operate high pressure water hoses for periods of time.
• Assist with reassembling production equipment.
• Replace sanitation materials as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
