This on-site position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of safety regulations are essential for compliance and efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of managerial experience with operational knowledge.
• Knowledge of USDA, FDA, and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation supervisors and employees to ensure SOP compliance.
• Pass audits for FSQ, USDA, and FDA standards; ensure dishroom throughput.
• Manage chemical and cleaning supply budget.
• Schedule shifts and manage overtime; track hours.
• Provide reports and lead monthly improvement meetings.
