Flying Food Group, LLC seeks an experienced Sanitation Manager for a 24/7 food manufacturing facility in California. You will lead sanitation programs, supervise staff, and ensure inspection readiness with USDA/FDA/HACCP standards.
The role requires 2+ years of managerial experience, strong communication, and knowledge of USDA, FDA and OSHA guidelines. This is a full-time exempt position with competitive benefits.

We are looking for an experienced Sanitation Manager with knowledge of USDA's requirements, advanced cleaning programs, and chemical safety. Accountable for the cleanliness and inspection readiness of the facility, along with overseeing dishroom production and throughput. Spending 80% of the time assigning and verifying the completion of work. Training staff in new chemicals or equipment.
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a food manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

This is a full-time position. Schedules are based on our needs, were a 24/7 facility and candidates will need to be able to work any schedule, any day including holidays and weekends.
