Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a department lead to guide change initiatives, maintain sanitation standards, and supervise daily activities in the production area. You will update core operating procedures as directed, inspect processes for quality, and ensure safe handling and labeling of all chemicals.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, mentoring staff, and reporting KPI-related issues to management. This full‑time role offers hourly compensation and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and execute directives.
• Ability to work with chemicals and learn proper chemical properties for dilution, mixing and safe handling of chemicals.
• Able to mentor subordinates for successful results, and report any issues that contribute to the inability to execute KPI; specifically centered on employee performance.
• Knowledge of KPI's.

Compensation

$24.00 – $27.00 per hour.
