Responsibilities

• Clean equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots and pans with specified chemicals.
• Check ice levels, keg beers, bib sodas, CO2 containers and replace when necessary.
• Load and unload supply trucks.
• Stock, dates, rotates and checks temperature of products; transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Follow all security and safety procedures established by the Company.
