Job summary

The HMSHost Utility associate cleans equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots and pans with specified chemicals to maintain sanitary standards; checks ice levels, keg beers, bib sodas and CO2 containers and replaces them as necessary; loads and unloads supply trucks and performs related duties as directed by management. This is a non-exempt position.

Essential duties include cleaning tables and equipment, washing dishes, stocking and rotating product, and following all safety procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting.
• Strong attention to sanitation and safety in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots and pans with specified chemicals.
• Check ice levels, keg beers, bib sodas and CO2 containers and replace as needed.
• Load and unload supply trucks and follow manager directions.
