Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a General Utility Worker to help maintain cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and work areas at our Las Vegas locations. The role supports guest satisfaction and safety through sanitation and reliable service.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, sanitation, light maintenance, and assisting with daily operations. Work hours may include evenings and weekends, with emphasis on safety policies and positive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils, clean and sanitize.
• Keep dishwashing station, three-compartment sink and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients and coworkers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Safeguard company assets and security.
