Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative support, production coordination, sanitation, quality, or similar roles requiring accurate records and follow-up.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; ability to learn company systems.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping capabilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with appropriate issue routing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nightly sanitation log by collecting shift information and distributing the log on time.
• Enter pre-operational results and pass rate data; track first pass results and corrective actions.
• Maintain sanitation documentation (SSOPs, master sanitation schedules, checks, signoffs, training records).
• Review data submissions for completeness and accuracy; address missing or erroneous entries with responsible owners.
• Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and summaries; identify recurring misses or trends for leadership review.
• Coordinate daily priorities, schedules, and information requests with sanitation staff and cross-functional teams.
• Organize sanitation meetings and track action items with due dates; manage emails and tasks.
• Document shift handoffs and ensure clear communication to the next operating team.
