Job summary

Clemens Food Group in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Technical Services Coordinator on the third shift to strengthen sanitation on the floor and prevent food-safety issues.

You will identify sanitation gaps, verify SSOPs, manage chemical usage and support corrective actions with operations and FSQA teams. This role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting and collaboration beyond routine cleaning.

You will build records and share clear findings to prevent future problems, with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or related environment.
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemical safety, and food safety.
• Ability to work third shift and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 pounds around chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Observe sanitation activities and identify gaps in cleaning processes and SSOPs.
• Verify pre-operational sanitation and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Support sanitation chemical management, including usage, inventory and documentation.
• Perform Master Sanitation Schedule verification and support sanitation verification activities.
• Coach sanitation team members to ensure procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with FSQA and Operations to troubleshoot and improve sanitation performance.
• Maintain accurate sanitation records and documentation.
