Job summary

Food Talent Solutions partnered with a sister firm to identify a Sanitation Manager for a 500,000-square-foot food manufacturing facility in Southeast Pennsylvania. The role leads sanitation execution, develops the team, ensures cross-shift consistency, and readies the plant for production startup.

The candidate will drive SSOP execution, pre-op results, and start-up readiness while collaborating with Operations, FSQA, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sanitation leadership in food manufacturing.
• Experience in a USDA-regulated facility.
• Strong knowledge of SSOPs, HACCP, and GMPs.
• Poultry or other protein processing experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation teams across the facility, with a focus on consistent SSOP execution, pre-op results, and start-up readiness.
• Partner with Operations, FSQA, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Drive sanitation excellence on second and third shifts and ensure the plant is ready for production startup.

Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a sister firm searching for a Sanitation Manager to help lead sanitation execution across a 500,000-square-foot food manufacturing facility in Southeast Pennsylvania. This person will develop the team, bring consistency across shifts, and ensure the plant is ready for production start-up.

Key Role Information

• Plant operations run 24 hours a day, six days a week
• Reports to Director of Sanitation
• Sanitation takes place on second and third shifts
• Lead sanitation teams across the facility, with a focus on consistent SSOP execution, pre-op results, and start-up readiness
• Partner with Operations, FSQA, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sanitation leadership in food manufacturing
