Job summary

JBS is seeking a dedicated Sanitation staff member for hourly production duties in a Texas facility. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing production areas to uphold food safety and GMP standards.

You will complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment, and participate in food safety/GMP training as required. The environment demands alertness in a fast-paced setting and adherence to PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop for extended periods.
• Work in extreme temperatures with moving machinery and wet floors.
• Must handle chemicals with training and PPE.

Experience/Skills/Abilities

• Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand,walk, stoop, crawlfor extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with frequent exposure tomoving machinery, hot water and slippery floors.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion workin hand scrubbing and running a hose.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work with multiple chemicals with proper training and personal protective equipment.
