Zusammenfassung

Pilgrim in Michigan is seeking a sanitation and cleaning associate to support production areas in a meat processing facility. You will complete mandatory safety and GMP training, stand and work in extreme temperatures, and perform hands-on cleaning at high speed.

You will scrub walls, floors, tables and equipment, operate with proper PPE and safety practices, and contribute to a clean, safe, compliant environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must stand, walk, bend and crawl for extended periods.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures with frequent exposure to moving machinery, hot water and slippery floors.
• Able to climb stairs or ladders if needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion of hand scrubbing and hose work.
• Able to work with multiple chemicals with proper training and personal protective equipment.

Expected to work hands on at high speed and times to lift over 50 pounds.

Perform various cleaning and sanitation tasks with little supervision including scrubbing walls, floors, tables, hallways, etc.

Experience/Skills/Abilities:
