Adecco is actively hiring an Entry-Level Sanitation Associate for a leading manufacturing client in Goodyear, AZ. This role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing equipment to support food production in a safe, hygienic environment.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided; strong English communication and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are important. The position offers full-time shifts with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize production equipment and surfaces.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas for safety.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, SQF, PPE and hygiene policies.
• Promptly report sanitation concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production and other departments.
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing food production equipment, packaging and kitting machinery, surfaces, and cooking equipment

• Maintaining high cleanliness standards across all work areas to ensure safety and compliance

• Strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, GMP, SQF, PPE, and hygiene policies

• Promptly reporting any sanitation concerns or food safety issues to supervisors

• Collaborating with Quality, Production, and other departments to address sanitation and safety concerns

• Safely handling and using cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines

Additional Information:

• Location: Goodyear, AZ, with easy access from surrounding areas

• Note: This role involves exposure to the top 8 food allergens, including eggs, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, nuts, wheat, soy, and milk

Pay Details: $17.75 per hour
