Adecco is actively hiring an Entry-Level Sanitation Associate for a leading manufacturing client in Goodyear, AZ. This role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing equipment to support food production in a safe, hygienic environment.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided; strong English communication and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are important. The position offers full-time shifts with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working in cold environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize production equipment and surfaces.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas for safety.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, SQF, PPE and hygiene policies.
• Promptly report sanitation concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production and other departments.
• Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals.
