Job summary

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a sanitation associate to ensure equipment and production areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in compliance with food safety, safety, and quality standards. You will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace by following established procedures and supporting production readiness.

Shift: 8:00 PM–5:30 AM. Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour + $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Sanitation experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong attention to cleanliness and compliance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, including machinery, hoppers, and extruders.
• Use approved chemicals to clean and maintain production equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and clean assigned production lines and surrounding areas.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow all safety and Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Attend work as scheduled and maintain punctuality.
• Complete Lockout Tagout training within the first 90 days.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
• Identify food safety risks and elevate concerns to the lead or supervisor.

You will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace by following established procedures and supporting production readiness.

• Clean and sanitize equipment, including machinery, hoppers, and extruders
• Use approved chemicals to clean and maintain production equipment

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
