Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Sanitation Technician to support the sanitation team and improve plant performance, quality, and safety. You’ll operate sanitation procedures and equipment, follow GMPs, and report safety and quality issues while working 6AM–6PM on a rotating schedule with overtime potential.

This role emphasizes reliability, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated experience following instructions and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

About the Role:

The Sanitation Technician role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Sanitation team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Competitive compensation: earn $20.75 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6AM to 6PM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
