Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Mixer at our Lancaster, PA facility to support the Production team. The role involves operating processing equipment, maintaining safety, quality, and cleanliness, and contributing to continuous improvement.

The position is full-time, hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with potential overtime. Competitive hourly pay of $22.25 plus benefits, with opportunities for overtime and career growth within a large private-label foods company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

About the Role

The Mixer role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

Duties

• Competitive compensation: earn $22.25 per hour, including shift differential.
• Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!
• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 7AM to 3PM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
