Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, a leading private label foods and beverages manufacturer, seeks a full-time Quality Assurance role in Lancaster, PA. The position supports the Quality team to improve performance, quality, and safety across the plant during a 6PM–6AM shift with overtime potential.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience (food manufacturing a plus) and strong communication, with the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work night shift and overtime/weekends.

• Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform housekeeping per GMPs and company policies.
• Follow work instructions to ensure food safety and quality.

Job Description

About the Role: The Quality Assurance role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Quality team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

• Competitive compensation: earn $22.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!
• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.

About You

• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
