McLane Company, Inc. in Manassas, VA is hiring a Sanitation Teammate to keep offices, the distribution center, and transportation areas clean and safe. You’ll perform daily cleaning tasks in offices, break rooms, restrooms, and warehouse spaces, following safety protocols and company standards.

Pay is $18.50 per hour with Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company‑paid life insurance, plus vacation, sick

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Offices: vacuum/mop floors, empty trash, wipe surfaces, clean windows/walls.
• Restrooms: clean and sanitize surfaces, empty trash, sweep/mop floors.
• Break rooms, entrances and locker areas: wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, replenish supplies.
• DC / Transportation: sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean dock plates, clean racks and put away pallets.
• Division Grounds: pick-up/empty trash, maintain walkways, cut grass, empty cigarette cans.
• Painting inside and outside of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What you’ll do as a Sanitation Teammate:

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
