McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Sanitation Teammate in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves maintaining clean offices, DC areas, and restrooms, plus painting inside and outside the facility. You will support a safe, efficient warehouse operation and adhere to safety protocols.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), and be able to read and understand English for work instructions. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits beginning after 60 days of employment.

• English reading/writing comprehension required for safety and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; empty trash; replenish supplies.
• Clean break rooms, entrances, locker areas; wash windows and mop floors.
• Sweep/mop in DC/Transportation; maintain walkways and pallets.
• Paint inside and outside of the facility as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour.
• Shift Information: Monday through Friday 6:00AM till 10:30PM.

What You'll Do As a Sanitation Teammate

• Maintain a clean work environment in the offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Offices: vacuum and/or mop floors, empty trash cans, wipe surfaces, clean windows /walls, etc.
• Restrooms: Clean & sanitize surfaces, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, replenish supplies, etc.
• Break rooms, entrances and locker areas: Wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean surfaces, replenish supplies, etc.
• DC / Transportation: Sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean dock plates, clean racks and put away pallets.
• Division Grounds: Pick-up / empty trash, maintain walkways, cut grass, empty cigarette cans
• Painting inside and outside of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications You'll Bring As a Warehouse Teammate

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
