Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Teammate to maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment in Virginia-Manassas and DC Manassas. You’ll perform cleaning tasks across offices, break rooms, DC, and transportation areas, supporting daily operations.

The role offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, full-time evening shifts, and comprehensive benefits after 60 days including medical, dental, vision, and more. Candidates must be 18+, with a HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Offices: vacuum and mop floors, empty trash cans, wipe surfaces, clean windows and walls.
• Restrooms: clean and sanitize surfaces, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, replenish supplies.
• Break rooms, entrances and locker areas: wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean surfaces, replenish supplies.
• DC/Transportation: sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean dock plates, clean racks and put away pallets.
• Division Grounds: pick up/empty trash, maintain walkways, cut grass, empty cigarette cans.
• Painting inside and outside of the facility.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Sunday - Thursday (3:00PM - 11:30pm)
