Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Sanitation Teammate in Kissimmee, FL. The role focuses on maintaining a clean work environment across offices, DC, and transportation areas, including restrooms and break rooms.

Position offers 2nd and 3rd shift, open weekend/holiday availability, and a benefits package starting on day 60—medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance. Growth opportunities exist within a safety-driven warehouse culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write, and understand English sufficiently for job safety and instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in the offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Offices: vacuum and/or mop floors, empty trash cans, wipe surfaces, clean windows/walls, etc.
• Restrooms: Clean & sanitize surfaces, empty trash, sweep/mop floors, replenish supplies, etc.
• Break rooms, entrances and locker areas: Wash windows, sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean surfaces, replenish supplies, etc.
• DC / Transportation: Sweep/mop floors, empty trash, clean dock plates, clean racks and put away pallets.
• Division Grounds: Pick-up / empty trash, maintain walkways, cut grass, empty cigarette cans

• Pay Rate: $16.30 per hour.
• 2nd & 3rd shift available. Must have open availability including weekends and holidays.

What you’ll do as a Sanitation Teammate:

• Maintain a clean work environment in the offices, break rooms, DC, and Transportation areas.
• Offices: vacuum and/or mop floors, empty trash cans, wipe surfaces, clean windows /walls, etc.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
