Randstad USA seeks a meticulous Food Safety Team Member for the night shift in Huron, SD. You will perform sanitation labor by executing the eight sanitation steps, safely handling sanitation chemicals, wearing required PPE, and following Lock-out/Tag-out procedures to maintain top cleanliness and safety in our food production processes.

Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Food Safety Team Member to join our team on the night shift in Huron, SD. In this role, you will be responsible for performing sanitation labor by executing the eight steps of sanitation, handling sanitation chemicals safely, wearing required PPE, and following Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our food production processes.

Qualifications

• Age:Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical & Environmental Requirements:Ability to perform physical tasks during night shifts (standing, crouching, and regularly lifting hoses, equipment, and chemical containers) and work in extreme temperature fluctuations (wet, hot, and/or cold environments).
• Safety & Technical Awareness:Safety awareness, high attention to detail, strict adherence to safety protocols and LOTO procedures, and proper use of required PPE (gloves, face shield, eye goggles, aprons, boots, safety glasses, etc.).
• Core Skills:Ability to take direction from managers, take accountability for actions, and work cooperatively with leads and management to ensure sanitation procedures are followed.

salary: $39,519 - $39,520 per year
