Job summary

Capstone is seeking a sanitation associate to join our warehouse team in Houston. You will learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices, work alone or with others, and support daily operations on the dock.

This role requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual who can lift up to 25-75 lbs, adapt to changing schedules, and communicate with Capstone management and customer staff to keep the site safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn sanitation and pallet sorting practices.
• Able to interact with customer staff and delivery personnel professionally.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the work site clean and free of debris.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs as required.
• Handle pallets as directed and maintain safety standards.
• Communicate conditions and concerns to Site Supervisor.

Requirements:

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
