Job summary

Capstone is seeking a sanitation associate to keep the work site clean and free of debris while learning sanitation and pallet sorting best practices in a warehouse setting.

You will interact with customer staff and delivery personnel, work in assigned areas to maintain workflow, lift 25–75 lbs, and adapt to changing operational needs, with paid training and opportunities to travel to multiple sites.

Requirements

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations
