Job summary

Capstone is seeking a sanitation associate in Houston, TX to maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and assist with pallet sorting. You will work with customers and delivery personnel, supporting operations with minimal supervision.

The role requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual able to adapt to changing work schedules and physical tasks, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Sanitation associate keeps the work site clean and free of debris.
• Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Interact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel in a positive, friendly manner.

• Lift and carry a minimum of 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Inform Site Supervisor and Manager about conditions, accomplishments and concerns; suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• The sanitation associate keep the work site clean and free of debris
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures)
