Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is looking for a high-energy warehouse associate to join our network of sites. You will maintain a clean, safe dock and participate in sanitation and pallet sorting tasks, while providing positive service to customers and delivery personnel.

The role requires physical work, the ability to work with minimal supervision or in teams, and flexibility to support changing operational needs across our 580+ locations nationwide.

Requirements

• Keep the work site clean and free of debris.
• Learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Work with a high level of direct contact with customers' staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assigned to specified areas within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.

What Success Looks Like

• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Handling of pallets as directed by Capstone management and customers, meeting company standards, customer timelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
