Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a hardworking Warehouse Associate in Texas to support warehouse operations. You will keep the dock and work areas clean, learn sanitation and pallet sorting practices, and engage professionally with customers and delivery personnel to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities include working in assigned zones, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to efficient workflow across shifts.

What Success Looks Like

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs; materials handled vary.
• Handling of pallets as directed by Capstone management and customers, meeting company standards, customer timelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contributes suggestions for improvements.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
