Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance in regulated FDA/GMP/SQF environments.
• Hands‑on hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge, high‑speed packaging equipment.
• Structural welding and equipment modification capabilities.
• Strong electro‑mechanical fault tracing and root‑cause analysis.
• Long‑term commitment to a dedicated 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro‑mechanical maintenance on a highly automated production floor during 2nd shift.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic/pneumatic fluid power systems.
• Level and optimize sanitary conveyors and packaging machinery.
• Rapidly respond to emergencies to minimize downtime and maintain throughput.
• Weld and fabricate as needed; document work in the CMMS.
• Ensure FDA/GMP/SQF compliance and accurate CMMS entries.
