Job summary

Citron Hygiene is seeking a Sani Restore Technician to service client washrooms and deliver best-in-class hygiene solutions. You will drive to client sites, perform routine cleaning, and maintain equipment while representing the Citron Hygiene brand across customer locations.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, following safety rules and policies. The role includes equipment maintenance, inventory management, and responsive service across facilities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
• Good driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals, aerosols, and commercial-grade cleaning equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment, including batteries, soap/sanitizer dispensers, air care cartridges, liners.
• Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles and dispose of waste.
• Perform pressure washing and deep cleaning of restrooms and facilities.
• Service Citron Hygiene products and ensure equipment functions.
• Manage inventory levels for customers’ consumables.
• Follow routing guidelines and track daily routes.
• Document special requests and customer needs.

Role Profile

Reporting directly to the Service Manager or his/her delegate, a Sani Restore Technician plays a critical role in servicing our customers' washrooms. They will work independently, as well as part of a team, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

A Sani Restore Technician is responsible for service duties which include, but are not limited to, driving to client site(s) to provide a "best in class" delivery and collection service of sanitary disposal units and washroom products such as soap dispensers, air care systems, and other hygiene solutions. The role also includes performing pressure washing and deep cleaning services of client restrooms, locker rooms, and other facility areas using commercial-grade cleaning equipment, ensuring that washrooms and facilities are serviced to an exemplary standard. The Sani Restore Technician follows established routing guidelines, complies with customer policies and procedures, and acts as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Service Manager or his/her delegate, the duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers.
• Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, replacing air care cartridges, and changing bin liners.
• Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replace bin liners, sanitize units, and dispose of waste.
• Perform scheduled pressure washing and deep cleaning services of customer restrooms, locker rooms, and other facility areas using commercial-grade equipment.
• Service Citron Hygiene products and ensure all equipment at customer sites is functioning properly.
• Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products.
• Follow routing guidelines established by the Service Manager.
• Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day.
• Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests.
• Comply with and respect all customer policies and procedures.
• Observe and follow all company health and safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Input all work activities into the smartphone device provided by the Company.
• Assist other technicians as required and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Diagnose and resolve basic service and equipment-related issues in the field.
• Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand.
• Other duties as required.

Knowledge and Experience

• Work a normal business schedule, including 4-day, 10-hour shifts where applicable.
• Frequent use of commercial-grade cleaning equipment.
• Required to work with cleaning chemicals and aerosols.
• Work in washrooms, locker rooms, and other customer facility environments.

Expected Total Compensation: $41,600 annually
