Qualifications

• RN license required; BLS certification required.
• 64-hour SANE/SAFE didactic training completed before hire.
• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, social and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
