Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Diploma/ADN must pursue BSN within 60 months or have 10 years RN experience.
• State of Arizona RN licensure required at hire; national certs preferred for unit-specific populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and ethics.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; develop a care plan.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy; ensure safe dosages.
• Educate patients and families on care needs, post-treatment and home care.
