Qualifications

• Commitment to Weavers Way Co-op mission.
• Basic knowledge of sandwich station production and catering.
• Experience supervising culinary staff preferred.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to exercise independent judgment when needed.
• Becoming a member in good standing of Weavers Way Co-op upon hiring.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of Sandwich Station staff and labeling, tagging, and signage accuracy.
• Assist in training new staff on standard practices, sanitation, product information, and customer service.
• Prioritize and execute catering orders and platter requests.
• Prepare sandwich trays and manage online orders with quality and accuracy.
• Maintain sanitary back stock storage and display areas per health standards.
• Order and maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with quarterly inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor.
