Maintain clean dining and service areas, assist with labeling and packaging for take-out orders, and follow health and safety guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a Customer Service, Food Service, or Retail position preferred.
• Ability to work well with others and independently when needed.
• Time management in a fast-paced environment and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare and serve items from a food station.
• Greet guests and serve food in a fast, friendly manner.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for temperatures and portions.
• Provide guests with information on ingredients, availability, and pricing.
• Cashier duties may include operating a POS and accepting payments.
• Assist with labeling and packaging for take-out and mobile orders.
• Escalate concerns to management and maintain a clean workspace.
• May perform additional duties as needed.
