Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Dining Worker/Server to deliver exceptional customer service and handle basic food preparation duties at a Hooksett, New Hampshire location. You will greet guests, serve items from a station, and assist with cashier duties while maintaining clean work areas and following safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in customer service/food service/retail preferred.
• Able to work well with others and independently when needed.
• Strong time management and task focus in fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand and walk for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare and serve items at a food station.
• Greet and serve guests quickly, efficiently and friendly.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for temperatures, portions, logs and dating.
• Provide information on ingredients, availability and pricing.
• Operate a POS and accept payments for food and beverage items.
• Assist with labels/packaging for take-out and mobile orders.
• Escalate customer concerns to management.
• Maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils and serving areas.
