320 Market Cafe in Swarthmore, PA is hiring for a part-time and a full-time position with weekend availability. Pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour plus tips; pooled tips after 90 days typically add $4–$6 per hour. Shifts usually run 7am–3pm or 1pm–9pm.

• Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

We are looking for dependable, capable, and team-oriented individuals who want to work in a busy retail environment. We are a small family-owned business and are looking for folks who want to help build our community.

Pay range $14-$18/hr + tips. Pooled tips (after 90 day probationary period) are generally between $4-$6/hr.

Shifts are generally 7 am to 3 pm and 1 pm to 9 pm. We are hiring 1 PT and 1 FT position with weekend availability required.
