Responsibilities

• Prepare and build sandwiches to order.
• Perform basic food preparation and cooking for sandwich ingredients.
• Follow health and sanitation standards.
• Follow prep sheets, inventory sheets, and order sheets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
• Keep kitchen, prep stations, and work areas clean, neat, and organized.
• Wash prep ware, utensils, and other kitchen items as needed.
• Properly handle, store, and rotate food and ingredients.
• Assist with daily opening, operating, and closing kitchen tasks as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to provide efficient service.
