Water Street Bagel Co. in Syracuse is hiring for a fast-paced restaurant role. We value energetic, dependable teammates who can stay busy and help where needed. No prior restaurant experience required, we will train the right person.

Weekend and early morning availability is required. You’ll learn multiple stations, build sandwiches quickly, restock ingredients, read tickets, and help guests with orders in a busy breakfast and lunch service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is a plus but not required; willing to train the right person.
• Energetic, dependable, quick on feet, able to stay busy throughout shift.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn while keeping pace.

Responsibilities

• Build sandwiches and bagel orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with grill team during busy breakfast service.
• Prepare and restock ingredients throughout shift.
• Read tickets and keep orders moving.
• Assist guests and take orders.
• Package completed orders.
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Jump in to help other stations when needed.
