Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare a variety of sandwiches and wraps per recipes and quality standards.
• Package, label, and organize finished sandwiches for display, storage, or distribution.
• Prepare ingredients: wash, slice, portion vegetables, meats, and cheese.
• Safely operate deli slicers to slice meats and cheeses as needed.
• Prepare, bake, or heat bread according to procedures.
• Prepare spreads, dressings, and fillings per production needs.
• Maintain consistent quality, freshness, and presentation daily.
• Monitor inventory, rotate products, and minimize waste.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production requirements.
