Job summary

Westmor Industries is hiring a Sandblaster to prepare metal for painting through sandblasting, perform daily maintenance on blast equipment, and operate forklifts on the 4:30 pm–5:00 am shift. You will work on the shop floor delivering precise, high-quality results with a strong emphasis on safety.

We offer weekly pay, boot reimbursements up to $125, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, a 401(k) with 5% company match, and on-the-spot bonuses up to $100.

Job Description

A Sandblaster is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Prepare metal for painting through sandblasting
• Perform daily maintenance routines on blast equipment
• Clean blast booth, lights and change filters
• Operate forklifts according to safe operating procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $20-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
• Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Shift

• Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 5:00 am
