Job summary

TRC Services of Texas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sandblaster or Blasting Operator in Midland, TX to join the work team. You will operate a blast machine, load sand, and may assist with painting or coating after surface preparation.

Applicants should have some training with heavy equipment and power tools, plus a high school diploma or GED. A flexible schedule and physical stamina are important for this role.

Sandblaster Job Summary

While you do not need to be a journeyman painter/sandblaster to apply, we do expect applicants to have some training with the heavy equipment, and power tools that you use during this process. In addition to operating the blast machine and loading sand, you may also be asked to help with painting or coating tasks after you have successfully removed the unwanted substances from the surface.

Sandblaster Duties And Responsibilities

Sandblaster Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate


• Previous sandblasting experience or training


• Experience working with and handling heavy metals a plus


• Physical stamina


• Flexible schedule


• Familiarity with power tools
